Pardis is a short playable slice of a world I'm building: a Persian walled garden, the chahar bagh, where the whole garden is cut in four by two crossing water channels, and only one quarter can live each night.

Three nights. One pool of water. You choose which quarter drinks, and you watch the other three dim. Then the gate opens and the road forks, and the quarter you kept decides who is waiting for you and how it ends. Eight endings, all written.

It is small on purpose. One place, one rule, one choice that costs something. Made by hand, no engine.

If you play it, tell me the one thing you would cut. That is the most useful sentence you can give me.
